Brokerage Services 85JET operates as an independent broker and does not own or operate aircraft unless explicitly stated otherwise. All flights are performed by licensed third-party air carriers holding the required operational certifications. Quotations & Availability All quotations, aircraft availability, slot confirmations, permits, and scheduling are subject to change until confirmed in writing. Aircraft availability may vary due to operational, technical, weather-related, or regulatory circumstances. Pricing All pricing is subject to aircraft availability, airport fees, handling charges, fuel pricing, routing restrictions, and applicable taxes where relevant. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are provided as estimates at the time of issue. Passenger Responsibilities Passengers are responsible for: Providing accurate passenger information Holding valid travel documentation Complying with customs, immigration, and security regulations Arriving at the agreed departure location on time 85JET cannot be held responsible for delays or denied boarding caused by incomplete documentation or passenger-related circumstances. Liability 85JET acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the operating air carrier. Liability for the operation of each flight remains with the licensed aircraft operator performing the flight. 85JET shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, missed connections, force majeure situations, weather disruptions, technical aircraft issues, or governmental restrictions affecting the flight. Flight Changes & Cancellations Flight schedules, aircraft types, and routing may occasionally change due to operational circumstances. Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the selected operator and will be communicated prior to confirmation.
